Terms of Service.

By downloading, accessing, or using Ollie (“the app”, “the service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Ollie is a priority-first to-do list app with an AI assistant. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you create in Ollie. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you, including powering AI features.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must not use Ollie for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

Ollie may offer paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s terms. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

Ollie uses AI to organise and assist with your tasks. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything important.

We aim to keep Ollie available and reliable, but we provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ollie and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or profits.

You may stop using Ollie and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@ollie.rocks. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of Ollie after changes means you accept the updated terms.
